Event Bars
Whether you need a marquee or not, Taddle Farm Tents offer a fully licensed professional mobile event bar service. We specialise in wedding bars, but are happy to cater for your party or public event too.
We are fully licensed and insured, and our event bars are staffed with polite, friendly and professional individuals all whom have extensive experience in bar management. With several event bar units to chose from, we can tailor our bar service to your requirements.
FULLY LICENSED
At least one member of the bar team will hold a personal license thus be trained in the sale of alcoholic products. Where applicable, we will take care of the application of a Temporary Events Notice and hold this with us during the event bar opening hours.
PROFESSIONAL STAFF
All our staff are friendly, professional and highly experienced in event bar management with a wide knowledge of the products that we serve. We will not only run the bar but make sure that the marquee / venue is clear of empty glass throughout the evening.
GLASSWARE INCLUDED We will provide all our own glassware, with a range of wine glass sizes, champagne flutes, cocktail glasses, hiballs and pint glasses. Depending on your preferences, we normally serve pints in top quality plastic vessels whilst all wine / fizz is served in glass.
FULL BAR SETUP
We offer draught lager and ciders that are chilled using one of our remote coolers. We serve local cask ales and always come with fully stocked fridges with bottled beers, ciders, and soft drinks of your choice. Our wine list is extensive and we can suggest wines to compliment your menu.
Standard Cash Bar
Probably the most popular request is the paid bar, where your guests buy their drinks as they would in a normal bar or pub. We will arrive with a full selection of beverages including local ales and draught lagers and ciders, professional staff and all the necessary licensing.
Pre-paid Bar
If you would prefer your guests to not have to pay for any drinks during the evening, we can offer a pre-paid service. We will still arrive with a fully stocked bar unit, staff and all necessary licensing. This can either be operated as a free bar for your guests for the whole evening, or you can subsidise the cost of the drinks.
Bar Equipment Dry Hire
We have everything you need for a complete bar setup if you wish to have a go at manning the bar for yourself. From bottle fridges to remote coolers and pumps, get in touch to discuss what you might need.
